I'm really pissed off right now because I wanted to buy Xbox Live Gold for awhile but didn't sustain enough money. I noticed today that they took off 10$ for the all year account, which made it 40. I wanted to get it, now that I had enough money. But my dad said no, and my mom freaked out because "I don't read enough books".

First of all, my mom has been going on and on with this "You don't read enough" thing, which is not why I'm angry because I can't get Xbox Live, but because how far she HAS to go just so I can read a really crappy book. I don't want to read Twilight. And I'm not going anywhere near the gay-faggot-obviously-desperately-needs-some-kind-of-form-of-book-to-read books, like my sisters. The problem isn't necessarily I don't like to read books either, I just... Am not in the mood to read books anymore. Its probably just a fucking phase.

Now my dads always talking about wasting money, and how my mom does it, and how he dislikes it. So when the time came when I was able to NOT waste my money nearly as much, he denied it. He didn't just go like "No, no no way, and thats period." and make me stand there clueless like the parents in those sucky disney shows. He asked me why I wanted it, and he told me to ask my mother. I told him I'm scared of her, then went back down to the basement to turn off my Xbox, while he finished dinner.

Then my mom totally GOES NUTS AND GROWS A FUCKING PENIS BECAUSE OF IT and goes to her friends house. I, obviously, got pissed. I'm not one to ask for much, and usually, when I do, its when the time calls for it, such as Christmas or my birthday. I've heard teenagers complain like I do, but I'm not really the one who wants to get in my parents way, because they will be quick to disown me.

Because I think my dad's idea sounds ridiculous (By the way, he says that they don't want me to be playing games in the first place so why would they influence it?) I tried to convince him, "do you know how dumb you sound?" I wanted to say, but I just went
around looking for something better to say or do. I said "We don't know when they're going to have a sale like this again!" "It'd be like mommy wasting money buy a new car and paying 10 extra dollars for a glove compartment in the back, with no other choice except a certain day, where the glove compartment is free!" He didn't think this was a good comparison.

I was so pissed, i heated up, and took off my hoodie and slammed it against the door. I picked it up and went upstairs, my dad not very happy. I threw books before I got on and made AVGN-like insults of the books ("Goosebumps? I get goosebumps from looking at this shit!" "The hero and the Crown? Heh, it'll take more than a thousand heros to keep this book from sucking!" "The code? What is The Code? Is it this book is SHIT?")

Sigh... So yeah...
